Thanks . It has been a long and hard battle but I think we are on the

road to winning. Finally...

If I hadn't had my parents, husband and family's support, I would have

given up long ago. I am so thankful for what I have.

What is RLS? Sorry, I am a little tired this morning and can't think.

What the doctor said about the Amytriptalene is specific to the disorder that I

have. It is called Orthostatic Intolerance.

It sounds like you have found a good dr. I am interested in what you wrote

about Amitriptyline since I have heard this about RLS as well. My dr gave it

to me saying it would help with the rls, but now I'm not so sure. Any

thoughts, anyone?

Sorry, I get so use to using abbreviations and forget to include the long

version in case someone doesn't know. RLS is restless leg syndrome. I have

heard that amytriptyline makes it worse and one only ends up taking more and

more trying to find relief. I am a real lightweight when it comes to meds

and even 10mg of Amytriptyline makes me groggy.
