Guest guest
Yes, Dec 4, 2002, I was 246. I stayed steady through Christmas but was working out 2-3 days per week and lost 20lbs from then to June, now 26lbs. I figure if I can repeat, then by Christmas this year I'll be in the 100's. I try to keep the focus on small issues, rather than a restrictive diet to lose lots quickly, like I've done in the past. For example, when I eat breakfast often times I think how good a biscuit would taste. Then I try to think what healthier choices I could make to get better nutrition and less yuck. I don't always make the healthiest choice, but I can see how I'm *beginning* to develop aversions to the thoughts of eating very unhealthy. Like before, I'd have no problem with eating a sausage biscuit for breakfast, big mac combo for lunch, and several pieces of pizza for supper, and maybe a king size reece's cup. Now while no single food item is inherently " bad " , if I do choose a big mac, then I try to eat extra healthy at supper, like a salad with low cal dressing, or baked chicken with broccoli. And, I try not to make bad choices but maybe a couple times a week. If I'm really wanting something that is very less healthy, then I try to recount my last few days. If I've eaten high fat, high carbs very often, I try to refrain and choose something better. This is the way that slender people seem to live successfully slender, and this is what I'm trying to attain. We all can lose but to incorporate a lifestyle and to continue it on and on is what this is all about. CONGRATULATIONS!!! Guest guest
I acyually noticed yesterday when I put my work pants on, I can pull them away from my stomach about 2 inches. My stomach seems a little flatter, too. I don't feel bad, and that is the main thing!!! > > > I think my goal was 155. I didn't make it. I am at 160. I have > been working > > alot! Guest guest
I have absolutely no butt or hips, all my weight is in my stomach, so I really notice when it seems slimmer. >> > I haven't lost a lot of weight, but I seem to be re-distributing a > little. Guest guest
> Okay, girls, today is the day. Forgot that yesterday was a holiday for us, so I didn't have access to my work computer. Goal was 249...and I acheived it! Whoo! Goal for Sept 1st is another 3lb - so I'm aiming for 246. I'm so happy to have broken the 250lb mark. Great work to everyone, whatever you weighed yesterday ~ Jayd
