a Diviney & surgery

Hi Guys,

Some of you know a Diviney. She is a tireless supporter of this

surgery and had it over a year ago and has lost 150 pounds. She is in a

wheel chair for life so this has made so many things easier for her.

She was my angel when I had my surgery and continues to be an angel

for many others sponsoring local support groups and helping all of us.

She just called me and she is headed to Holly Cross Hospital in Ft.

Meyers Florida for emergency surgery. She has had a hernia for quite

some time but this past week had severe pain and thought it was the flu

( which is going around here alot and I have right now ). They now

believe the hernia is choking off the stomach and causing great

distress. She is having emergency surgery with the surgeon she loves and

trusts Dr. Marema. He is coming all the way from Ft. Lauderdale and

doing the surgery tonight.

So I guess what I'm asking for from you guys is prayers for her

speedy recovery and to give her strength. She is very scared this time.

If any of you are on both lists (the regular OSSG list), please advise

her friends on that list what is happening and I will keep you informed

as to her progress. Her husband Jim will try and call me tonight and let

me know how she is doing.
