-curl on your knees face down, but up and kind of wiggle silly I know

but I was told that with my first c-section and to this day it works

(just don't do it in front of the kids...ds-11 goes what are you

doing? I explain and he told me to uuummm spread my cheeks as he

laughed his head off....and tooted...)

or lay on your back and just move your legs up and down toward your

butt..

I took phazyme starting the minute I got back to the Inn hours after surgery and

took it for a few days after.

How to get the gas pains to go away?

I can not seem to get these gas pains to go away. Am I suppose to

take something? I don't eat hardly anything but crackers and drink

tea. I need some advice ASAP. That is the only thing that is

getting to me. I'm up and walking, getting out of bed by myself just

about doing everything by myself. But the gas pains oh lord!!!!!!!

How do you get your stomach to go back down? I know that I have to

go back to the doctor on Tuesday to get my staples removed, maybe

that will help.
