Hi ,Have you tried melatonin??? It takes a while towork.I wish I could get six hours sleep! Most of thetime I get about two hours and then I'm away fortwo or three hours and then I get two more IF I'mlucky. I know what you mean about the racingthoughts! It had melatonin and a bunchof other things in it that put me right to sleep! I did this long ago and simply forgot until justnow! Fibro fog strikes again! Thanks forposting.
