You are correct, magnesium is very important. I have been experimenting with

magnesium for years.

I have tried every possible way that I know to supplement magnesium, I have

tried

magnesium citrate

magnesium taurinate

magnesium glycinate

magnesium malate

intravenous magnesium/IV drips

liposomal magnesium

magnesium orotate

calmag liquid

etc. etc.

I have recently tried something that at first I was a little skeptical about

and put off trying it for about a year, I finally got intrigued with it

enough

after I kept running into it while doing continous research on magnesium

and that is something called magnesium oil. It is applied topically and

avoid the bowel threshold that limits magnesium supplementation.

Even after years of supplementing magnesium I was still deficient

which is actually pretty common, but this is the only thing that has

finally enabled me to overcome my deficiency. It took about 6-8 weeks

to fix my deficiency and I feel so much better now, stress, sleep, fatigue

everything has improved.

I've tried most of those too.

Where do you get magnesium oil?

Has it helped MS pain too?

There are several brands out there available but none in the stores

yet, I suspect it is too new of a product. Start slow is the only

recommendation I can make., My bottle said 4-5 sprays, I

took one spray and passed out for an hour into an almost

euphoric dream sleep. This happened everytime I took it

for the first month, now after taking it for 3 months and getting

my magnesium levels up, I can take it during the day and

it doesnt knock me out like this. It has really helped my

stress, my sleep, my pain, my energy, my achiness.

Start out with one spray, its potent stuff

do some research on google for info and products.
