I guess you can say that, Yes, there is a best cycle time for a surgery. Some doctors prefer to do the surgery just after you have had your period when the endometrium sheds and it is at it's thinnest. That way, little damage can be done to the growing endometrium.

If you are having no periods, then it is difficult to tell when you are in your cycle and you don't really have a choice. On your profile, you do say that you have periods and they are barely 3 days and light. But I don't understand why you are on your 40th cycle day and still haven't gotten your period? Has this happened before? Are your periods not regular?
