Guest guest
That's funny. I can remember back seeing them the first time and, I was like what in the heck is this creature! Another great recipe for Brussels sprouts that is so addicting to me, where my son told me at one time, that's enough! * Cut the knobs off the end * Slice in half * Lay the flat side down * Mince up fresh garlic and drizzle with olive oil (measurements depend on how much your baking, just eyeball) * Bake at 400 for 20 minutes Brings out a nutty flavor in them, YUM-YUM!!!  Have a Happy and Healthy Day, Kopera M.H. © Copyright 2007 www.sCorner.com . I like them too. I boil them. I bought some organic ones once that came on the stalk. I had never seen how they grow. They're very interesting. > > > Lots of vitamin C. > > They are great sliced raw or stir-fried. > > http://www.whfoods. com/genpage. php?tname= foodspice & dbid=
