Yes I think we all need a reminder every now and again. My insides ache from

practising it today!

Since my legs are still refusing to do stairs, I have got a new CST person (a

" disciple " of the maestro who used to treat me) who will come to the house with

a portable massage table. Brilliant! I'd forgotten there was help out there

(whether it be CST, t'ai chi, yoga, acupuncture...) and I feel my body is

getting back to where it was a long time ago.
