Guest guest
Yes I think we all need a reminder every now and again. My insides ache from practising it today! Since my legs are still refusing to do stairs, I have got a new CST person (a " disciple " of the maestro who used to treat me) who will come to the house with a portable massage table. Brilliant! I'd forgotten there was help out there (whether it be CST, t'ai chi, yoga, acupuncture...) and I feel my body is getting back to where it was a long time ago. Janet To: mscured From: freewitheft@...
