I've been taking it for about 10 years now. I believe it is liver-friendly (so does my hep). I actually take a combination of Glucosamine-Chondroitin, primarily for joint wear & tear help. You can find it just about anywhere.

Hi Everyone,

I went to a Chiropractor recently who told me that Glucosamine Sulfate would do me some good. Is anyone here taking Glucosamine ? Does it have any adverse effects on the liver ?

Not sure if I can tell, but I don't have the pains I used to (and I'm still running).
