I see one piece of overhead (pun NOT intended) that can be eliminated. Larry , RN NREMTP Nurse, Teacher, Medic
Guest guest
Our department allows baseball type caps to be worn on duty. They must meet the uniform requirement of color and logo. Just one look in the mirror at 1:00 a.m. after 2 hours of sleep and it is easy to see that a cap looks better than me at that time of the day. Guest guest
As a rule, MCHD does not allow baseball caps, but we have allowed them to be worn during inclement weather. Guest guest
I was up in Oklahoma the other day- saw an INTERESTING site when I met an EMS crew... " Smokey The Bear " type state trooper hats. Would go with a ballcap any day over that :-) jh Re: Baseball Hats Our department allows baseball type caps to be worn on duty. Guest guest
We allow our employees to wear them. We issue each employee a hat as part of their uniform and it is up to them if they want to wear it. Our uniform hat is the only one we approve for wearing while on duty.
