What are the best Omega 3 sources and anti-inflammatories?

Am wondering what Omega 3's people here feel are best--Flax Oil (if so, what

brand), Udo's flax/combo Oil, Primose Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Krill, etc? How can

one ensure it is not rancid?

What other anti-inflammatories has anyone found helpful? Anyone tried Boswellia?
