I am just really leary of using very many alternatives with . I don't know if I mentioned to you before, but we are in the process of having tested for mitochondrial issues. There are some Rett Syndrome children who also have underlying mito issues, as well as their rett symptoms. It seems that signs of this include responding differently to supplements and medications, than the " average " rett child would. For instance, mostly has bad reactions to just about any supplement I have tried with her, and her seizures are harder to control than the " average " rett child. I'll let you know what we find out, we just found out that our neuro. didn't even order the right tests...
