Guest guest
Wondering now about Serrepaptase as well, since Janet's link reminded me about it. Is anyone taking it or have taken it in the past and can rovide any feedback on results and side effects or lack thereof? I have tended to feel nervous about it because it is made of " silkworm " which to me strikes me as introducing something foreign to the body....However, because of the uterine fibroid I have I am considering it again. Argh though, when I checked my supplements tonight I realized I have three unopened bottles here that just expired last month.
Guest guest
Surely a month past their sell-by will be ok. To: mscured From: trekkie323@... Guest guest
It's not the sell-by date for Sept 09, it's the expiration (use-by)date, but I will call the company and ask before ordering new ones. The thing about me is that I often buy supplements and then take a few and forget about them. I have so many bottles of old supplements that are still one half to two thirds full of pills. Such a waste of money. I am trying not to jump on every supplement bandwagon anymore--especially since I don't follow through. Taking supplements does not come naturally to me at all. Thanks, > > > Surely a month past their sell-by will be ok.

What I've done is arrange my supplements according to once a day or twice a day. lol I set them out on the counter each morning by my water glass so I'm reminded to take them whenever I come in to get something to eat. Then I put each away in the cupboard as I take them. The problem I have now is stuff that gets forgotten about in the fridge, like probiotics. One of these days, I will be able to incorporate the rest of the stuff I want to do everyday like eating at least one clove of garlic per day and taking apple cider vinegar. Guest guest
I feel the need to chime in here. I have been taking Serrapeptase quad strength for 8 months. I was told I have RRMS and had 2 attacks in 2007 but none since Serrapeptase and treatment for Liver Fire a TCM term. I do avoid the warming herbs, take a non fish source of Omegas and a liquid based multi as it does absorb better in the body, and do Qi Gong with meditations following. I do also use magnetic therapy as well. Enjoy Life All Anne
Guest guest
I purchased a plastic tray with compartments for nails and screws from a DIY store. I arrange them by top row - morning only, middle row - morning and evening, bottom row - evening only. That way I can't take more than the box has compartments for! (Buy a big box ) I sort them as soon as I've got new supplies and keep it in the fridge. That way nothing gets lost in the depths of the fridge and you can also see when you are running out of something. My husband knows just to get this box out for me at mealtimes and doesn't need to empty the fridge trying to find something, and I don't have to remember what to take (as long as I have the box the right way up!). Guest guest
Hi Antoinette, Thanks for your feedback on Serrepeptase. Can you tell us what is " liver fire " and how do you know which herbs are the warming herbs?
