Morning all,

 

As usual, I am up again.lol.my fiance is usually up late on the computer and

watching tv (don't forget he is convalescing (sp?) from hernia surgery)so I have

the computer to myself in the morning    been getting my cat naps as usual, an

hour or so at a time.

 

Anywho.I just thought it might be nice to be wished good luck on my being

somewhat comfortable sitting in the waiting room for 1/2 an hour to an hour and

then

sitting in my nurse practitioners office for another 1/2 hour maybe.  I get sooo

darned uncomfortable because I cannot lay down...hey, she does have a bed/table

in the next

room where they do other exams,gyno...etc.   I would feel bad about asking for

that.

 

This time I am going to take my pillow in the office with me.I use a regular bed

pillow

behind my back while traveling in the car.  I can't take any lumbar support on

my back.

My back is very tender to the touch. 

 

My appointment is at 3pm in Gold Beach Oregon so after that I think we will

continue

south to Brookings to Fred Meyer to pick up my medication.  Fred Meyer has those

handicap carts also, maybe there will be one there for me that would be so cool,

and I

will bring in my pillow too     I just want to be somewhat comfortable! LOL

 

I just now used spell check to see my errors since my tired brain can't think

and it just

makes me sad on what is happening to my body.  I am a good speller darn it.   I

better

get better.  I keep telling myself, things will get better, yes they will, and I

*am* an

optimistic person. 

 

I got to call and confirm my Oregon Health Plan Plus Psychological Evaluation

Appt.

in a little while, I don't know what time they open, I will just keep trying.

 

I need a some hugs so here are my hugs to you all
