Guest guest
Lou: What a beautiful picture. I love " meeting " people and putting a face with the names. Peggy: You always know just what to say to make each of us feel better. Thank you for the prayers. And, Happy Anniversary! When you've got a good one, never - ever - never trade! Not even for two younger ones! What a headache they are! Vicky: Also, Happy Anniversary. Enjoy each moment. Irene: I am so sorry to hear about your weight loss. That is a little scary at some point, isn't it? I am envious that I can't lose the weight I need to, but I sure don't want to go through what you have had to endure. Be good to yourself and take it easy when you can. Shirley: Welcome. This group is my favorite place to be on the net or anywhere. My mom thinks I am spending way too much time on the computer, until I explain to her how many people I am communicating with. She is still a busy-body on the telephone. As opposed to me, I rarely talk on the phone. As a matter of fact, I get too winded talking much anymore, so I put everything in my journal. Even though no one " hears " me, someday if it is every read by anybody, they will know everything I was thinking about. Jane, Kerry, , Tammy, Bruce, Geeta, , Zena, Babs, Tony, Wally, , Jon, Leanne, and everyone else I didn't mention, I have special prayers and hugs for each of you. As for me and my " new " news....well, my precious little boy brought home the " cold " of the season. I knew it was inevitable that kindergarten would send home something I wouldn't like. His teacher has indicated more than 10 sudents have been absent each day for the last month. That's half the class! I was so proud that Kaleb hadn't even had a sniffle. Well, Friday he came home coughing and boy has that turned awful. He coughed all night last night. I was up several times with him using every remedy I know to ease his discomfort. He now has the sniffles and a sore throat, on top of the horrendous cough! I imagine a trip to the doctor is in order for early this week. I am trying so hard to be conscience of the germ spreading. We are freaks with hand sanitizer and Lysol. I certainly don't want any more infections! Also, I received my report from the Cleveland Clinic regarding my last appointment with the neurologist. It seems there is something else creeping into my health concerns. I am being sent for an MRI, among other studies, to determine the nature of whatever else may be happening. I have some indications of leukemia, but other than receiving a diagnosis, there is little treatment available or that I could tolerate. Obviously no surgeries or anything like that. I will keep you all posted on the news of this as I learn it. Maybe this explains the pain and numbness in my limbs?
