WOW!!! Keep up the good work! Looking at old pictures

really does help with the reality check - doesn't it?

I seem to run across old photos at just the right

times. It just reminds me that there is someone up

above not only looking out for my physical health -

but my mental health as well! God is good!

What a transformation. Really enjoyed seeing the before and after. It gives us

inspiration and motivation. I'm 5 months post-op and have lost 72 lbs. You

look wonderful.
