Caitlin,

The cramping is the same but I had such severe cramps with my

endometriosis, it felt it was ripping my tissue especially when I

started my monthly period.

I did not have my SI injury when I had severe endometriosis and my back had just

started to disintegrate when I had my hysterectomy.

So I can't speak to the level of combined pain you have. I would curl up in the

fetal position with cramping as I do with lumbar stenosis to relieve the

pressure.

I realize now though with what you have written that some of the pain

is combined. You can have detached endometrial tissue to areas outside your

uterus that can cause related pain so I would encourage you to work with an

endometroisis specialist.

The lupron did the best for me and even though it put me in pseudo menopause for

a period of time, it cleared me up and relieved my pain.

I eventually became pregnant and had my child and was happy with the

one and am not sad I had my hysterectomy. It relieved much of my pain

and I empathize with you, I cannot imagine dealing with both again at

the same time. Having my back pain, SI joint pain, and fibromylagia

flares with auto immune problems is more than I can bear sometimes.

I hope that you get some relief soon and treating your endometorisis

might allow you to zero in on the other stuff and how it is effecting

you, process of deduction, so to speak. Let us know what you find out.

Bennie
