Gwynnie...the book went out today. Will take about 6 days.

Again, thanks for being interested. After you read it I'll send private emails to all those who have and send an update. Not much now is like the book ended.

Ring phone ring.

Hugs to you.

Wally etc.

How's Wally?? Has anyone heard? I hope much better.Jane,I'm just jumping in here, but if it's Bulanderyou're talking about, she doesn't have PF. At the"Living With IPF" seminar 2 years ago, the top docssaid to take NAC tabs vs. capsules. I was told that, but didn't know why. Sounds like Joyce has the answer.Brett,I'm hoping you and your brothers will find the bestway possible to lean on each other throughout theevents to come. I can't help hoping that all of youwould sit down and have a talk - you need eachother in more ways than one. Just my 2 cents. Irealize it takes time to process this nasty information.By the way, your daughter is adorable! P,I hope the new medicine works for you. Juggling allthese meds can be very trying. I hope you'll have onlythe desired results, and no crummy side effects. Didyou say they are keeping you on the Tracleer, though?Hang in there.Irene,As usual, your treatment was/is unspeakable. I'd liketo stuff their heads into that same trash can. I thinkyou must be bulletproof to still be here! I alsothink has a tremendous idea that you try tocontact the hospital's patient advocate if there's sucha thing. Goodness knows it's way past the point ofany doubt that you've been treated poorly. I mean, these people have actually caused you harm! grrrrr.I'm concerned about the rapid weight loss (wish Icould take it off me and put it on you - oooh, didn'tmean to be gross, but you know what I mean!). Didyou lose like that before when you had a similarepisode?Kerry,Thanks for the encouragement. It is very discouragingwhen you have to do rehab in your own home, and torecover after walking from the study to the living room,VERY slowly on 15L. I think I'm going to be with you onthe recumbent bike thing. That wasn't really the doctor'sfavorite idea, since breathing for me now is aerobic, butI think I need it for the leg strength. And, so far it's theonly thing that I can do - slowly - and maintain sats around90. So, peddle on! We do have to fight, that's for sure., I'm assuming you feel better. I hope your sense ofsmell isn't hindered at all!!!Leanne, my nurse told me today that the flu is really goingaround here. I hope that isn't what you have. Do you haveany fever? I hope you don't - you sound miserable enough!Liquids and rest, girl, liquids and rest. What.... YOU, in astressful job???? 8-)Oh, I know I'm forgetting people. But I've got to try to getsome sleep.Hugs and blessings,Gwynne IPF 7/04 listed for transplant 3/07 & 2/08 Texas
