Does anyoneknow what that is? Rhonda, It sounds like your doctor wants you in a physical rehab program that actually offers you physical and occupational therapy twice a day for each therapy. In the mornings, you work on one group of retraining to prevent exacerbating your pain and, in the afternoon, you would work on exercises or range of motion to prevent further injury. I'm not positive about that but it is what pops into my head as I am about to graduate an occupational therapy assistant degree program in May. There are things that can be offered to you to make doing your daily activities a lot easier and less painful. I think it was back and or leg pain. I thought I saved it and now can't find. I know some one that would like that information. I remender it was some one that posts often.
