Guest guest
Hi Guys, Ok so I have had a real real bad day today, I am struggling to find out who I really am, is this normal of KO's?? I have been NC from nada now for almost 4 months, and I know I am changing in my attitude, I am more laid back than I used to be, I am more content, more quite, but I was never this person when Nada was around, and I am scared I dont know WHO I am. I am so frightened, I am crying alot lately, I have been told that this is a good sign as it is a sign that emotions are coming back and I am starting to heal, but It's this " I dont know who I am " , thing, it's like I feel I am being " false " ......please please help. Thanks x
Guest guest
, I am continuing to work towards a way to put my experience with my nada into a few words. This week, my nada has made me aware of how projection works in almost every interaction. I feel we are used as mirrors for nada, to the point where, to know who we really are, we must physically leave, as you have done. It is such a great journey and whatever time it takes it is worth it. No comparisons are needed, right? I think this version is the final. Wrong Way Mirrors Mama, why'd you take my light. Keep blocking my view? I've gone to see my self at last. (Forget those endless comparisons; I say fare well.) Which one of us is you? If you really want to know, I've left you my mirror. Guest guest
Great poem there, . It is so difficult to put this strange and eerie dynamic of projection into words--but you have done it. -Joy > > , I am continuing to work towards a way to put my experience > with my nada into a few words.
