I had my TR on April 1st of last year and am scheduled for a c-section in 16 days(not related to the TR). Here is a copy of the note Dr Levin posted on the web site with some info for buddies. Hi Ladies, This is a short listing of the rules associated with the buddy list. If any of you can think of additions or changes please let me know at: infertility@... 1. Once you put your name on the buddy list, you must fax your operative note and pathology report (if path exists) to me at and then call to schedule a telephone consultation right away. Please download the medical history form, fill it in and then upload it to me. There are directions in the download and you can find it at: http://www.babies-by-levin.com/downloads.htm 2. When you put your first name and last initial on the buddy list, please send me an email at the address above so I know who you are. Please don't use your last name for privacy reasons! 3. You and your buddies must declare that you are buddies and send payment on the same day so that my office knows you are really buddies and not just an add-on who is not a buddy. Once full payment is made, you can have the next available surgery day. You do not have to wait a month, you can have the next open spots. 4. If your buddy does not come thru for any reason, you will not receive the buddy discount. 5. IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER: Just because you are on the buddy list, time is not reserved on either the Hospital schedule or Dr. Levin's schedule until you have done the " telephone consultation " and paid the full amount of the surgery. The hospital will not allow us to hold operating time without full payment. Please let me know if you have any questions. I want to make this an easy and pleasant experience for all of us. I truly believe that God brought her and I together! You can go to the group's home page and on the left side click on database and follow the instructions. It's really easy. Guest guest Posted February 13, 2003 Report Share Posted February 13, 2003 I had some problems during surgery because of my extra weight and then Dr Levin found that I wasn't ovulating so I was on Clomid to help with that but Dr Leving was wonderful to work with and everything worked out well...as you can tell by the PG!
