Guest guest
Hi Carol, Welcome to the group. Well be glad to have the additional transplant experience that you can offer and to give you the experience and support that this group has in abundance. Like you I have recurring PSC. I had my transplant in April 1998, and over 2 years ago started having signs that PSC was affecting my new liver too. For the past year I have had a PTC tube to keep bile draining well. Over the past 2 months bilirubin has gone from 1.0 to 4.6, which my doctors think indicates problem with the tube more than the liver. I go for another tube change & cholangiogram tomorrow to see if a problem area can be pinpointed for correction. The last new tube a month ago didn't cause any change so I'm not optimistic that tomorrow will make a big difference either. Tim R > Hi, my name is Carol. I had a liver tx in April 1996 due to PSC.
