I'm not technically a graduate and I've been good about lurking, so please

indulge me a second. I've been using dietwatch as well. There is a way to

customize it so that you specify what your caloric intake should be, and

then it spits out the recommended daily allowance stuff --and reports that

are actually useful to you. My nutritionist gave me a caloric value I

should be aiming for, and with dietwatch -- it makes keeping track a whole

lot easier.
