Guest guest
I'm not technically a graduate and I've been good about lurking, so please indulge me a second. I've been using dietwatch as well. There is a way to customize it so that you specify what your caloric intake should be, and then it spits out the recommended daily allowance stuff --and reports that are actually useful to you. My nutritionist gave me a caloric value I should be aiming for, and with dietwatch -- it makes keeping track a whole lot easier. mari Dr. Alverdy, Univ. of Chicago Open RNY 9/13/99 Humana HMO, approved after appeal 369-->289, -80, 1/5/
