COQ10 deficiency in muscle biopsy

Hi, My son Seth was diagnosed with a Complex III deficiency. His muscle

biopsy also showed a COQ10 deficiency. (Is ubiquinone the same as

COQ10?) I think if I remember correctly, it should be over 15 and his

was 4.5. I've never been told either is primary or secondary. I just

know both showed as deficient. Seth is 9 1/2 and his brother, Ben 41/2,

is presumed to have the same thing since he has developed seizures, too.
