To continue my saga of a great ins. co. contact...

SHE called me and read me the approval over

the phone. I was so excited i couldn't stand it.

I made my daily call this morning about 10am and

still no news. She said she'd check into it.

And boy did she. She went into the Medical

Director's office and told him she was interested

in one of the files on his desk. There were

apx. 20 sitting there waiting. He pulled mine out

(from the bottom of stack!) and put it on top! And

she called me with the approval this afternoon.
