Not andy here but I recall him posting that one should have at least as many

off days as on. Don't recall how long ago he posted that but I seem to recall

chelation:On pg. 90 you say " You do not want to chelate with lipoic acid more

than half the time... " While on page 203 you say " Continue 3-14 days [ON}... then

take a break of 4-7 days and repeat. " I am trying to reconcile pg 90 and pg 203.

Does the advice on page 90 no longer apply if you use longer periods of ON days

(7 or more). Perhaps there is a typo on pg 203 and it should read 3-17 days...I

am trying to determine what you would consider the most aggressive ratio of ON

days to OFF days and still have a reasonably safe protocol.If someone were to

chelate for 7 days ON, is 4 days OFF okay or does one need to take 7 or more

days off (according to page 90)?Similarly, if one were to chelate for 14 days ON

is 4 OFF okay, or 7, or does one need to take at least 14 days OFF (according to

pg 90)? Has your thinking changed about this since you wrote the

This is understandable since they are irreconcileable.

The information on page 203 contains a misprint (which I thank you for

bringing to my attention) - it should say " a break of 4-14 days. "

Indeed.

Well, most people don't actually tolerate the stress of chelation well

enough to do it more than half the time anyway. If someone really

really had to push it and could tolerate it then it would require some

thought about their individual situation and probably some tracking

tests.

7 and 7.
