I knew that you would pull out of this.. In most cases bleeding is normal,

although it's natural for you to worry, considering all that you've gone

through in the past Ep. Well, here's to you, Congratulations... Wish me

luck, i go in for retrieval tommorow, and transfer Saturday..

Oh , and 148 is a really good number, Kim started at 70 i believe, and she's

well on her way... Ok, just thought i'd add that..

All I can say is WOW!! That is a good number from what I understand! What

does the RE think? Post when you know more. Oh sweetie, I hope thinks work

out for you! You certainly deserve it!

Hi Guys

First i would like to thank all you wonderful guys for your support and love

during this difficult period.

I am back to the worrying game all over again. I could not believe it but my

beta results came back POSITIVE,can you believe that??????. The numbers were

148, is that good or bad is that too low??. What should a safe figure be at this

time,please help. I am more worried than i am happy. My RE says that if it were

not for the fact that i am bleeding then he would be estatic. He says that he is

worried about the bleeding. I am going for another beta on Thursday and guys i

think i am going to go crazy. Dont get me wrong i am happy, its just that i had

come to accept the fact that it was negative, and i was now planning my next

step. Now i am back to sleepness nights of worry, and if it negative i will go

through all that disappointment and pain ALL OVER AGAIN. Oh... this is too much

for me. I am thinking that maybe the embies attached and then they detached

which would expain the bleeding and the postive beta. What do you think????

Oh My GOD!!!! Shamiso, what great news, but I understand why you are

worried. Did you Dr. talk at all about progesterone suppositories to

stop the bleeding? They put me on them with my ep before we did the

ultrasound and the bleeding stopped. I think the embies have to be

attached to give you a positive beta and your 1st beta # is similar to

Kim's and she had her ultrasound yesterday, soooooo, hang in there and

relax, but I'd feel better if the Dr. put you on the progesterone

suppositories at least you feel like you are doing something. Take

HMMMM, what did I say yesterday? LOL Your number is great and don't worry

about the bleeding! It is so common with IVF.I don't know why your RE would

be worried. I told you, I have seen this many, many times. You are probably

losing an embryo. How many did you put back btw? And don't worry about that.

You have to have a good one in you for that beta number. I know you are

going to worry, but try to enjoy the fact that you are pg! Everything is

Actually i started out at 80 14dpt. How many days are you ? I know your

Dr tests late. How much progesterone are you on? Has your Dr considered

was that things didn't work out for you this month, but glad I kept

reading before responding since now I can say things sound

I am doing retrieval today at 12:30pm. So, i will keep you posted.. How

many eggs did you retrieve and fertilize, and how many did you transfer?
