Guest guest
I had my BHR resurfacing Ashtead Hospital, Surrey UK 20th June 2001. I have the following to report and will be pleased to hear from any of you if you have any suggestions to improve things or any other comments. I am having very little sleep and mostly cat nap in my raised armchair, stints on the bed dont last very long as I get uncomfortable lying on my back and get regular nerve pains in the top of my operated leg. These pains are very brief and jerky,(causing me to jump) could they be muscle spasm's ? I am taking co-dydraol to deal with the post op pain.My operated leg is swollen from my foot to knee and I still wear my TEDS.I am walking on one stick. My swollen leg makes excercise a little more difficult than it was whilst in hospital so my progress in this area is such that I feel I am a little less flexible than I was a couple of days after the operation. Thanks for you time.
