Guest guest
HI Carolyn, You are doing great. It's normal to need to slow down at 61, then add CMT to that.. Let the people help you it's good for them:)

I don't thing I ever had a day when I jumped out of bed with that let's get it on feeling. Although I consider myself luckier then most, that Old CMT still has me in its spell. Guest guest
Carolyn I have felt tired for as long as I can remember! LOL, I honestly don't know what " having energy " means, from a normal point of view. Being tired and fatigued is just something I have always coped with. I still get a lot done, I just have always been tired while doing it. It is a constant part of my life. It wuld be nice to experience real energy! Guest guest
Hi Carolyn, It's great you still work!!!!I am exhausted ALL the time. Some days are better then others. Most of the time I don't feel like I sleep. And most of the time I feel like I just ran a marathon. A really long one. This has been for about 8 yrs. now.One of the reasons I left my job,Due to the fatigue I feel fuzzy sometimes.I try to get enough sleep, watch what I do during the day.Take vit. watch the caffine intake, don't eat any food that will give me energy and then make me crash ( like sweets and chocolate)Sometimes this seems to help others it doesn't.With the fatigue I really just take one day at a time. And about once a month I crash and end up sleeping most of the day. Makes perfect sense, but I was so hoping for a Magic Pill! Alas! Seriously, I thank you and others for your feedback. I suspected as much, but it is good, once again, to know that I am not alone. It helps me " trudge on. " Have a great day! Carolyn
Guest guest
Hi Beth, I had this same problem when I started the program. By 5pm I could only think about going to bed. So, I increased a bit my carbs and that worked for me (5%-10% more). Eating more carbs gave me a lot more energy through out the day...
