I am so sorry that it just keeps going and going and going! Is there anyway

you can out and survive at a lower salary? Freida, you are going to die young!

I can't believe that they don't see a problem here. maybe you can get on at

the sheriffs office too.

Normally I'd say hang in there, but you girl have been hanging in for too

long and it's time for you to walk. Let Mr. PAL run the shop!

Tell those that do not want to work that there are loads of people out there

that will do the job the way you want it done. I know it's easier said than

done, but look at the big picture. Do you really want to be held " hostage " by

an unhappy, stubborn, non team player employee. Tell him to quit whining and

be a team player. We all make sacrifices in this job. And remind him that

when he took this job it was shift work. That's part of dispatching. I would

have told him if that's the way you feel well then go ahead and put your 2 week

notice in now. Stand tough and don't give in to his " demands. "

I wouldn't dream of deleting your rant. In fact I think I'll save it to look at

whenever I think I'm the only one who has to deal with whiny-butts. Hang in
