Guest guest
I use Melatonin quite often and it definitely helps me. I looked up some studies a while back on the sleep problems common with liver disease and several suggested that altered melatonin levels might be involved, so it seemed reasonable that taking melatonin might help. My GI doctor OK'd it too.. in fact he said it was probably a safer alternative than most any other sleep aid. athan
Guest guest
wasn't there some discussion at one time that the problem with melatonin was it's immune enhancing ability? I do know that Norm Hoffman used it and as we all know, he was doing just fine.
