Guest guest
Every thing I read says to give a child a few drops of GSE. Does anyone know how many mg are in 2-3 drops? I have bought a metagenics product called Parex which contains 200mg GSE per dose along with a lot of other good stuff. I am wondering if this is enough of a daily dosage (200mgs a day). Also should I give GSE only when he has a yeast flare up or just make it part of the daily regime? Thanks again!

On my Nutribiotic bottle, it says 1 drop equals 10 mg. I have bought a > metagenics product called Parex which contains 200mg GSE per dose > along with a lot of other good stuff. My bottle says the child dose is 1-3 drops, 1-2 times per day. > > Also should I give GSE only when he has a yeast flare up or just > make it part of the daily regime? I would give it only when yeast is there, and only for about a week, because it will kill yeast in that amount of time, and giving it when there is no yeast, tends to aggravate bacteria.
