Z-pack is a dose pack of the antibiotic Zithromycin.

You start with two pills the first day and a single pill once a day

for 5 days.

It is used to kill bacterium in all parts of the body. It is also used

to prevent Mycobacterium avium complex (MAC) disease in patients infected

with the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). It works by killing bacteria

or preventing their growth. However, this medicine will not work for colds,

flu, or other viral infections.

Azithromycin capsules should be taken one hour before eating or two

hours after eating.

Tablets can be taken with food.

Take with food but no milk products to lessen stomach upset.

Medrol Dose pack

Medrol dose pack is a Corticosteroid (cortisone-like medicines) that

is used to provide relief for inflamed areas of the body. They lessen swelling,

redness, itching, and allergic reactions. They are often used as part of

the treatment for a number of different diseases, such as severe allergies

or skin problems, asthma, or arthritis. Lupus patients benefit from a short

dosing schedule of medrol during a flare.

Take with food but no milk products to lessen stomach upset.

You should not drink alcoholic beverages while taking this medicine.
