high potassium/low white blood cells count

Hi,

My son's DDI hair element's analysis indicated calcium/magnesium to

be low while sodium/potassium to be high. Potassium (530 ref. 14-40)

was a concern for me because he is asthmatic and on albuterol.

Apparently potassium toxicity is hard on the heart. I had a blood

test done which indicated his potassium high (4.9 ref. 3.4-4.7).

Does anybody know how to determine how high he would have to get to

be dangerous? Also, does anybody know, in addition to a low

potassium diet, what can be done to lower this? Is this part and

parcel of heavy metal toxicity and will it regulate itself when he's

done chelating?

Dallas' total toxic representation went all the way through the red,

off the chart. His antimony was all the way through red, aresenic

half way through yellow, tin was close to red, aluminum and bismuth

also yellow. We did the counting rules for mercury and he is off by

1 in two of the three counting tests.

Also, his white blood cell count was low, 4.4 ref. range 5.0-16. Four

of the five types of blood cells were low but within range:

absolute neutrophils 1707 ref range 1500-8500

absolute lymphocytes 2055 ref range 2000-8000

absolute monocytes 290 ref range 200-900

absolute basophils 18 ref range 0-250

Is this also just part of the metal toxicity package? Our doctor

suggested we see an endocrinologist. From what I hear this may not

concern them at all. Has anybody had any experience with this? Any

advice or comments are gladly welcome!

Thanks,

, Dallas' mom
