A funny story!

Last Friday night I went out to a dance club with my good friend Sharon

(Fairfax Sharon from this list). We stood in line and went through the usual

routine of showing our licenses to get into the club. Most of the time the

door guy hardly even looks at the license and lets us right in...but this

time there was a new guy who looked at our licenses and asked us if they were

fake! We were so surprised until we realized that our OLD pictures were on

the license...we have both lost well over 100 lbs since and we look NOTHING

like our pictures! LOL! He actually called over the head of security who

then proceeded to quiz us on what our social security numbers and zip codes

are (in Virginia we use our social security number as our license number).

Good think we both knew the answers! He just raised his eyebrows and said we

could go in and muttered something about us needing new licenses and shaking

his head in amazement...

Needless to say that incident just made my night!

I also watched the Advanced Tae Bo tape yesterday and for a moment I thought

I had the tape on the wrong speed (those of you who have seen it know what I

mean). He seems to do the entire tape in " double time " mode and the workout

is grueling. Well I was feeling pretty energetic yesterday so I decided to

give it a shot and I actually made it through the entire tape with only a few

little " cheats " on his routines! I am so thrilled with the level of fitness

I have achieved and can't believe I can go the entire 57 minutes of his tape

without a heart attack (a year and a half ago I would have needed a nap after

just WATCHING the tape!

Life is just amazing these days...I am enjoying my new health!
