Guest guest
Hi Dolphi, WOW! This message really struck a chord with me and you have described the exact situation that happened with our son. In May 2000 (he was just 4 years old at that time), he ate 2 organic beef patties for dinner one night. (Note: he hadn't consumed any meat prior to this ever, except some of that mashed-up baby food meat when he was around 1 year old). The next day after he ate those 2 organic beef patties, he refused to touch them again - and he was very adamant about this choice and even looked at them with disgust. Well, a full 6 months later in Nov. 2000, he had a CDSA test which revealed a dysbiosis score of 20 (the highest one can score) and that he had abnormal meat fiber in his small intestine!!!! A FULL 6 months after eating just 2 organic beef patties!! Yes, indeed, his gut was unable to break down this meat and it was rotting in there all of this time, evidently making him feel horrible since he refused any meat after that. Even now, to this day in March 2003, he has yet to ever touch a bite of meat again.
