Guest guest
He gets to visit every other weekend until court. That was one of our small victories. He will have to go back to Dallas on Sunday. It sucks, but it is better than nothing!!! Re: Did I miss something? Guest guest
Thanks for the support. I have been feeling lots better the last couple of days. I'm going to try and wait it out another week or so and hopefully everything will take care of itself. I've had all the rest I want :-) It makes me stir crazy. The more I rest the more drained I feel. But in the end I know it will all be worth it. As for my SIL crazy is the same thing comes to my mind. I honestly think once the baby gets here and she sees that I don't want it at her parents house or interferring with the attention that her kids get she'll accept the baby. I don't plan on my baby staying with anyone but me! LOL call me greedy. Besides our baby will get all the attention it needs right here at home from me,DH,DD's, & DS. Hope you start to feel better really soon. Hugs, Donna F > Donna F- We all believe you and yes we all defended her.... Makes it worse now doesnt it? > Hoping bedrest doesnt get the best of you .... While I love a good nap If I had to rest I would be bored out of my skull... Hope u have a laptop well keep you company. Go with your heart if your heart tells you somethings wrong go to another dr..... I think we get these instints for a reason.. We get a warning.... be safe hun..... One word for your DHs SIL and thats INSANE whats her problem..... We are all praying for you to have a healthy baby so keep that in mind...... We will not let the bad vibes win.... > > > > >
Guest guest
Amen to that....... I told I will not let this child go anywhere with anyone ..... Guest guest
Don't joke on that one , schools are overrated. Exactly why mine don't attend them!!! Keep them at home! No parent who loves their child can ever be OVER PROTECTIVE. I find it a shame when a parent is not!! Strong opinion, yes, but it is the one I have!! LOL Janice Re: > Thanks for the support. Guest guest
When I got the "moonface" I was on 120mg of prednisone. The weight gain just kind of snuck up on me. I was off and on them for almost 2 years for the lupus and for my lungs. So hopefully a short term dose won't have the same side effects. Re: Thanks for Response about Z Pack & Medrol dose pack Everyone's reaction to steroid treatment is different. Also you may find your own reaction different from time to time depending on how severe the flare you are having, etc. I haven't heard of anyone having the weight gain, moon face, etc. The longer you are on steroid treatment and the higher the does, the more likely you are to have the moon face, etc. How long will the steroid treatment last? This too has many variables - do you have a cold, stomach virus, emotional stress, etc., etc??? I've never known a round of steroid treatment to not help, but there is really no way to give you a solid answer on how long it will prevent another flare because of all the variables. How do you remember all this?I don't know why I called the Medrol dose pack a Z pack, some of that brain fuzz that happens, I guess. Does this Medrol dose pack help you knock this wolf out for awhile or does it just put it down for a couple of rounds? Also, does this short term treatment cause the weight gain, moon-face, etc.?"The LUPIES Store" Come check out our store...http://www.cafepress.com/thelupies"The LUPIES Web Page"http://www.itzarion.com/lupusgroup.html"The LUPIES online photo albums!" Guest guest
Hi , How are you and the two? How is your Dad doing? Is he still out and about? It's been a while since we've heard from you. Love and Prayers, PeggyHave a God Blessed Day HI Joe,My dad worked for SCE for 24 years and developed IPF from Asbestos as well. They did not change his dx to PF even after seeing that it was due to asbestos and other chemicals. He was in a chemical fire in 1991 that they believe led to this dx as well.My dad has an attorney that is taking on SCE, but it is not an easy task. He feels just as frustrated as you. I am sorry you have to go through this too! I am going to send my dad your email so he can see there is someone in his situtation as well.Hang in there,Cyndi (DAD PF 12.05)Bruce Moreland <brucemorelandgmail> wrote:The task of fighting would be so huge and the chances of winning slimand of winning in your lifetime virtually nil.
