As a famous Scotsman once said " Captain, we can't change the laws of

physics "

Most new radio system problems are a result of poor planning, cutting

corners on essential areas of the system, ( i.e. towers, remote receivers),

systems not suited for the area and/or agencies using it and expectations

not being realistic.
