Guest guest
Hi all... We recently increased our son's dose of TMG from 1 tsp to 2 tsps per day (given in two separate doses). In addition, we very temporarily increased his dose of zinc liquid from 1 tsp to 2 tsps, again given in two separate doses. After two days of the increase in TMG and just one day of the zinc, my son appeared to seizure while waking from a nap. His eyes did not glaze over; however, his limbs tremored uncontrollably for about two minutes. He has never seizured before; he typically will shake a bit coming out of sleep just due to muscle stretching, etc. However, we have never seen anything this dramatic. Could this be a direct result of the dosage increase? Thanks very much and God Bless! S. Hooker, Ph.D., P.E. One of my kids reacted so badly to TMG that I almost took him to the hospital, so consider reducing or removing TMG. >> In addition, we very temporarily increased > his dose of zinc liquid from 1 tsp to 2 tsps, again given in two separate > doses. Might be causing copper to leave too fast. Reduce to prior dose and see if that helps. Dana
