Guest guest
I gained two pounds and griped then somehow lost six due to the flu and morning sickness. Was told I lost during the flu due to dehydration but I haven't gained since I became rehydrated. Which is not good.So now I have to up everything and try to gain by eating ridiculous (well ridiculous as in opposite of whatI have been doing since surgery) and this is according to my surgeon's office's nutrionist! My ob thinks I should get even more calories 1800 - 2000. Up from 1200 at the maximum that I ever got over the past year. So now I gotta eat like a piggy. Rasley mailto:drasley@...
