Guest guest
Wow is that ever the truth. I really don't find the " stress " in this job coming from being hoppping busy or handling hot emergency calls. It's just business. When I leave, I leave. Most of all stress often comes from maybe the people I work with, or management problems, and then like you said, an addition to that list is all the stupid calls. It's very sad, and even though I think I do well on many days to be customer service oriented, the fact is citizens who's backgrounds are in the lower level of the population spectrum feel compelled to call the police daily with less-than-informed questions. Gee did I say that tactfully enough?
