Betty,

I have tried a lot of protein bars and their Pure Protein Peanut Butter . 33

grams of protein. I will have to try these cookies.

They have 4 grams of sugar. They are not really sweet but are certainly tasty!

I usually eat a cookie every 2-3 hours and it keeps me from eating junk and also

has helped tremendously with my low blood sugar! If you are concerned just buy

one cookie and try it.

Betty,

I have low blood sugar also so I went out and bought a cookie and they are

tasty. Like I said I also like their peanut butter protein bars so now I am

happy that I have found the cookies. What kinds do they have. They only

have 1 kind at my GNC.

Count me in as a lifelong fan!! I LOVE these cookies. I have to sometimes

reread the pkg to make sure that they are protein cookies because they are

DELICIOUS and do more than satify the chocoholic in me.

You've got my vote on an excellent source of protein and chocolatey snack.

Sue, the only one I've seen is the chocolate covered cookie dough ones. They

really do taste decent for a protein supplement!

Well thank you for the compliment Sherry! I am going to scan my pics (in a

bikini Dan-not any nekkid ones!)to a disk this weekend so I can at least post

them to the member page until I get a website up.

The cookies are from WorldWide Nutrition and are called Pure Protein Cookies.

The only flavor I've tried is the cookie dough flavor which I adore. They also

come in a coconut and peanut butter flavor too. You can buy them at certain

nutrition stores and I know (Vitalady) from this list sells them at a

reasonable price too. They are one of the most delicious ways to get in protein

that I have found.

Trish,

I DIG this stuff out. First we had SOY. Then we had soy and liquid.

Although the liquid has its place (on the shelf!), I still struggled with

soy, grit 'n all. Then someone (not me) found the first Designer. It was

HEAVEN!

But then, someone asked if there was more. More? So, I started digging.

And I bring in lots that never make it past the local tasters. If it's

gross, I don't keep 'em. Good thing you're not counting on ME to taste 'em

all! Nothing but chocolate would've ever gotten past me. But the peach in

sugar free Tang? Now, THERE is a treat!

I was a little disappointed in that the Pure Protein cookies are more like a

candy bar than cookie.

A: That's why I like them! It's like cheating but guilt-free!

But anyhow, the owner had me try a new (?) product said it tastes like a Girl

Scout Thin Mint cookie. It's called Lean Body HiProtein Meal Replacement Bar in

Mint Chocolate Chip Flavor . . . well it was to die for .

. . it tasted like a Thin Mint. Stats= $2.00 each, 300 cal, 78 g bar, 30grams

of protein 19 gm carbs,7 gms of fat, 12 gms of sugar. I figured for me, it

would replace 2 meals at the least, as I was satisfied after 4 or 5 smallish

bites on an empty stomach.

A: WOW! You must have a REALLY REALLY small stomach pouch! I can easily eat 2

or 3 Pure Protein Cookies at a time. 4 or 5 bites would only fill my back

tooth! This bar sounds a little high in sugar-nice protein count though!

Sounds like your appetite is small enough that you don't need to worry about

dieting! Wish I got full so quickly! At just about 2 years post-op I can eat a

full plate of food+. If it wasn't for exercise I am positive I would have to be

extremely careful now with my food choices. Even still I focus on protein and

complex carbs as much as possible. Thanks for your post Vickie! I will check

out the Lambrada website.

Trish,

I don't count carbs! Or fats, so I never know those off my head. Sugar

free Tang has absolutely no food value at all! Seriously! 0g in every

field! Hahah! But wait til you taste it with peach protein! Shake one,

then blend the next one. Two totally different experiences!

TWO peach, actually. ProLab and Sci Fit. Actually, the Sci Fit rep is here

NOT have. NO weight gainers! (Unless you miss 'em with milk, of course)
