Guest guest
Congrats to you. It's a brand new world on this side. I remember midway through week one post op, stopping in a storefront Chinese restaurant and getting a hot, yummy cup of egg drop soup. Of course I was only able to have a few ounces, but it wasn't sweet and had some protein. It was yummy. I still enjoy a cold glass of 1% milk (can't go totally skim yet). For me, finding things that aren't sweet is the challenge. I also enjoy cranberry juice over ice with 1 part juice to 2 parts water. It cuts your thirst well. I wish you and all the others close to surgery well. You're going to do wonderfully. Welcome!! Merritt surgery 1/4/99 weight 312 today 197 (I've been on a major plateau for a the past month, but hopefully the scale will start moving again. Hair is still falling out big time....but it's still worth it, no question!) Re: I AM PACKING NOW! > From: MoShel30@... > > , > Thanks for the much needed advice!!!
