I got wind of a fantastic cookbook that just came out from a home- grown San Diegan! Her name is McKenna. The reason I am writing you to include this in your newsletter is that a majority of the recipes are gluten and casein free!! I know a lot of parents have their children with a Dx of autism on the GFCF, and the desserts are like a symphony in your mouth. I know desserts that are gluten and casein free are hard to come by, so I hope this reaches a lot of families.
