I had severe AS and am now clear. By that standard, I regard him as A-List. But perhaps he must be recommended by another A-list doctor? Well, we decided that the A list doctors would be recommended by other A list doctors and that those doctors which the Ashermans patients recommend could go on another list called the B list.
