Guest guest
On the Onelist ossg site you can find archives from the past year and a half of email discussions. Check this out, there is wonderful information and answers to everybody's questions -- and stories of weight gain after gastric bypass. I don't think it's possible to binge, or to eat the large quantities we used to eat at one time. But it is totally possible to consume enough food in the course of a day to gain back the weight. It doesn't have to be junk food either -- not all of us formerly morbidly obese people ate a lot of crap to maintain high weight -- we just ate a lot, or ate all the time. It is not difficult to get back into grazing eventually after wls. It's a good idea to try to address some of these eating issues -- or disorders, as it were -- prior to surgery for best results post op, IMHO.
