Just thought I'd say hi to everyone! I just joined the group. I'm a

twenty year old college student and I finally decided to get serious

about losing weight. My theory is that I'm young enough to get it

under control before any health problems pop up. (And maybe my

stretch marks won't be so noticeable)! I haven't really set a

workout plan in stone yet. College life sucks when it comes to

trying to eat healthy. Any suggestions? What kinds of foods are good

for me to work into my eating plan? Well that's it for now. Hope to

hear from you guys and keep up the good work! :)
