Sometimes the time of day can make a difference for me. If it's on an empty

stomach, like breakfast, as little as an extra teaspoon of syrup can tip me

over. Other times of day, when I've got 90 or 120g of protein on board, it

takes more. I'm just thankful I DUMP!

Just not while I'm in mid-dump.
